How to change the device name of Halo

When changing Halo from one room to another, you may want to change the name of Halo. This article will guide you on how to change the name of Halo.

Here, we take Halo H70X as an example.

Step 1. Log into the MERCUSYS app, go to the Network page, and click on the Network Map section.

Step 2. Click on the Halo unit to which you want to change the name

All information about the main Halo named “Office”.

Step 3. Click on the edit icon.

Locate the edit button in the top right corner of the page.

Step 4. Select a name from the list, and tap Save to save the changes. Or click Custom to manually set a name for the Halo, then click on Done and tap Save.

Display the Custom position in the app. Locate the Done button in the top right corner of the page.
