What is an end-of-life product?
Products that are "end-of-life" are those whose manufacture has either stopped for the model as a whole or for a particular version of the model.
What impact will this have on our customers?
You won't typically be impacted at all. Only when a warranty claim is necessary to address a manufacturer problem in a product you already own could it possibly occur. If your product is EOL (end-of-life) and you are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, it means that there may no longer be any inventory available, and an alternative model may be sent. When this happens, MERCUSYS might get in touch with you and provide you with a few options.
