How to install 5G external antennas on 5G Wi-Fi Router

You can install 5G external antennas (not included in the product package) manually to strengthen the 5G signals of your 5G Wi-Fi router.

Before You Start

Ensure your antennas support the following working band.

Model	Band
MB520-5G V1	5G: N1/N3/N7/N28/N38/N40/N41/N77/N78 4G: B1/B3/B7/B38/B40/B41/B42/B43

Ensure your antenna connector type is correct: SMA Male.

Follow the steps below to install your external antennas:

1. Remove the antenna cover on the back of MB520-5G.

2. Connect your external antennas to the antenna ports.

Locate the external antenna ports on the back of the router.

3. Log in to the web interface (http://mwlogin.net), go to Advanced > Network > Mobile WAN and enable External Antennas. When enabled, the external antennas will replace part of the internal antennas.

Locate the External Antennas option on the router’s web GUI.
