How to find the firmware version of Halo

You may need to know the current firmware version of the Halo for some reasons, such as checking if your firmware is up to date. Here are two ways to find the firmware version of the Halo.

Method 1: Find the firmware on the Mercusys app, which applies to all of the H series Halo models.

Launch the Mercusys app, tap More > Update Halo, and then you will see the current firmware version of the Halo.

Method 2: Check the firmware version via the web UI, which applies to all Halo models that have the web management page.

Refer to the link to log into the web management page of the Halo, then click on Advanced > System > Firmware Update; you will see your Halo’s firmware version under the Online Upgrade list.
