What can I do if my MERCUSYS device keeps rebooting itself?

The auto-reboot issue that occurred on the router is really rare, If your router keeps rebooting itself, please try the following possible troubleshooting:

1. Try a different power outlet

2. Ensure the power adapter is the original one that comes in the box. If not, check if the power specs on the router label match the output of the power supply adapter.

3. Put the router in a well-ventilated place.

4. Try to reset the router to default factory mode.

5. Ensure you don't enable the Auto Reboot function on the router.

6. Confirm whether there have been some changes to the network environment.
