The lighting rules of MERCUSYS XPON products

For MERCUSYS XPON Terminal (MF01G)

1. Power LED: Display the Power LED icon.

• Single color (GREEN)

2. PON(GPON/EPON) LED: Display the PON LED icon.

• Single color (GREEN)

Status

Description

Green On

The terminal is registered with the ISP.

Off

The registration has failed.

Green Flashing

The terminal is trying to register with the ISP.

 

3. LOS LED: Display the LOS LED icon.

• Single color (RED)

Status

Description

Red On

The terminal is unable to transmit optical signal.

Off

The terminal is receiving optical signal properly.

Red Flashing

No optical signal is received or the received signal is too weak.

 

4. LAN LED: Display the LAN LED icon.

•Single color (GREEN)

Status

Description

Green On

A Powered device is connected to the LAN port.

Off

No powered device is connected to the LAN port.

Green Flashing

Data transmission in process.

 

 

For MERCUSYS XPON Router

1. Power LED: Display the Power LED icon.

Red Flashing

4. Internet LED: Display the Internet LED icon.

• Dual color (GREEN/RED)

Status

Description

Green On

The router is connected to the Internet.

Off

No Internet connection.

Red On

Dial-up connection has failed.

 

5. LAN LED: Display the LAN LED icon.

• Single color (GREEN)

Status

Description

Green On

Powered device is connected to the LAN port.

Off

No powered device is connected to the LAN port.

 

6. Wi-Fi LED: Display the Wi-Fi LED icon.

• Single color (GREEN)

Status

Description

Green On

Wireless radio is enabled.

Off

Wireless radio is disabled.

Green Flashing

WPS pairing. This may take up to 2 minutes.

 

7. Phone LED (Only for models supported VoIP function): Display the Phone LED icon.

• Dual color (GREEN/RED)

Status

Description

Green On

The SIP accounts register successfully.

Red On

All SIP accounts fail to register.

Off

 No SIP accounts configured.

Green Flashing Slowly

The phone is off-hook or receives voicemail messages.

Green Flashing Quickly

The phone is ringing.

Alternatively Flashing Green and Red

One or more SIP accounts fail to register.
