Yes. When you first set up your new MERCUSYS Camera in the MERCUSYS app, you can start your 30-day free trial of Camera Care. It will be canceled automatically and no fees will be charged.

There is no difference. You will be able to take advantage of cloud storage and all the advanced features of Camera Care for 30 days, just like you will when you subscribe to Camera Care.

Yes. You can cancel a free trial at any time in the MERCUSYS app. Please note that your camera will not be eligible for another free trial once you cancel the free trial for that camera.

To continue using the Camera Care cloud storage and advanced features, you will need to purchase a subscription. You can do this before the end of the free trial.

Your subscription will begin immediately, and any remaining trial days will be added to the end of your subscription period. You can always complete your 30-day free trial with Camera Care in Camera Settings.

You can use both at the same time. Camera Care provides unlimited and encrypted 30-day cloud storage for Number of Devices Covered. Your microSD card can be used for 24/7 recording and Number of Devices Covered, but has limited storage.

Ensure that the detection settings of your camera are activated. Camera Care is used for Number of Devices Covered, so it's important to have the appropriate detection settings enabled to capture the events.

Ensure that your camera has been added to the Camera Care subscription.

Ensure that your router has internet access and your camera is in an area with strong signal strength. You can try moving your camera closer to the router to improve the signal.

The maximum length of each clip is 3 minutes. However, the actual duration of the clips depends on the event detected by the camera. If no events, such as movement, are detected, the camera will stop recording.

Yes. But you will only be able to access videos that have not been saved for more than 7 or 30 days, depending on your Camera Care plan.

Camera Care provides flexible subscription plans, including Basic and Premium, with options for monthly or yearly billing cycles. Here are the available upgrade options.

Upgrade Billing Cycle: from Monthly to Yearly

Upgrade to Premium: from Basic Plan to Premium Plan

Note that when upgrading your Camera Care subscription, you should do so from the same channel or platform where you initially subscribed to the old plan.

To downgrade your subscription, you will need to cancel your existing Camera Care subscription and then subscribe to the new plan.
