How to Add New Cameras to My Camera Care Plan

Camera Care provides flexible subscription options that allow multiple cameras to enjoy cloud-based storage and related functions via the MERCUSYS app.

If you need to add more cameras to the plan or change the applied cameras, please refer to the steps below:

Step 1. Open the MERCUSYS app, go to Me > Camera Care, and tap on Select Camera on the plan subscription card.

Step 2. On the Camera Care page, you may select the cameras which you want to apply to the plan.

Note: Only the devices that are not associated with other subscription will be displayed.

Step 3. Click on Next, then confirm your selection.

Step 4. You may go to the Camera Care page to reconfirm the number of cameras applied to the Camera Care plan.
