Every new user can get a one-month free trial of the Camera Care services. The subscription is automatically renewed until canceled. 

Q1: Will I be charged during the trial period?

No. You will not be charged during the one-month free trial.

Note: The subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription after the trial ends unless you cancel it before the trial period expires.

 

Q2: How do I get the free trial?

If you have never subscribed to Camera Care before, the one-month free trial will be automatically applied when you subscribe to Camera Care for the first time.

 

Q3: Can I cancel the free trial?

Yes. You can cancel your Camera Care subscription at any time during the free trial period.

 

Q4: What happens if I don't cancel the free trial?

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription according to your selected plan, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.

 

Q5: How can I check when my free trial ends?

You can check the subscription details in the MERCUSYS App or through the subscription management page of the platform where you purchased Camera Care.
